Laser Inscription

EGL USA uses the world's most advanced laser inscription technology, offering the safest method of laser inscription and the greatest variety of options. A black or transparent inscription can be applied to any part of the diamond.

EGL USA guarantees in writing that its laser inscription will never chip or fracture a diamond, because the "cold laser process" (using a short wave length--the very deep Ultra-Violet part of light's spectrum of light-waves) produces no thermal effect on the inscribed gem. It also enables the system to have greater control over laser depth, sharpness and micron marking. This allows the user to create the intricate detail required for bar-codes, logos, photographs, handwriting, and line art.

Any script font, including your own signature, can be inscribed using this advanced system.
